Kapuskersin TNI Laksamana Pertama Bambang Dharmawan, S.E., M.Sc. didampingi para Perwira Staf Puskersin TNI mengorganisasikan kegiatan Pertemuan Tingkat Tinggi antara Angkatan Bersenjata Indonesia dengan Brunei Darussalam. Kegiatan pertemuan tersebut lebih mendunia dengan sebutan Brunesia HLC yang merupakan singkatan dari Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia High Level Committee. Ketua Delegasi Indonesia, Panglima TNI Jenderal TNI Andika Perkasa menghadiri Brunesia HLC Ke-4 yang diselenggarakan di Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam pada tanggal 8 September 2022.
Ketua delegasi didampingi oleh tiga belas pejabat teras Mabes TNI dan Angkatan yang membidangi empat sub komite kerja sama di dalamnya. Kerja sama yang dimaksud antara lain kerja sama bidang intelijen (Joint Intellegence Sub-Committee/JISC), bidang operasi dan latihan (Operations and Exercise Sub-Committee/JOESC), bidang pelatihan dan pendidikan (Joint Training and Education Sub-Committee/JTESC) dan bidang logistik (Joint Logistic Sub-Committee/JLSC). Para Ketua Sub Komite menyusun laporan kegiatan kerja sama sesuai dengan periode dan bidang untuk dilaporkan kepada Ketua Bersama HLC pada saat sidang.
Brunesia HLC diselenggarakan berdasarkan The Joint Understanding on Brunesia HLC yang disahkan pada tanggal 4 Maret 2013 di Jakarta. Dokumen tersebut ditandatangani oleh Laksamana TNI Agus Suhartono, S.E., selaku Panglima TNI pada saat itu dan Mayor Jenderal Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan selaku Pemerintah ABDB.
Secara umum, kegiatan Brunesia HLC Ke-4 menghasilkan beberapa kesepakatan kerja sama bilateral kedua Angkatan Bersenjata, baik dalam bidang intelijen, operasi dan latihan, pelatihan dan pendidikan maupun bidang logistik. Kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kerja sama yang telah terjalin selama ini serta membangun kepercayaan antar Angkatan Bersenjata kedua negara. Pada pertemuan keempat ini, kedua pihak juga menyepakati pemberlakuan kalender kegiatan kerja sama Brunesia HLC periode tahun 2022 s.d. 2024 yang telah disusun, salah satunya adalah rencana Brunesia HLC ke-5 yang akan diselenggarakan di Indonesia pada tahun 2024.
Dalam rangkaian kegiatan Brunesia HLC Ke-4, juga dilaksanakan kunjungan Kehormatan Courtesy Call (CC) kepada Yang Dipertuan Agung Brunei Darussalam, Yang Mulia Sultan Haji Hassanal Bojkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah Ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Saiadul Khairi Waddien dan CC Ibu Hetty Andika Perkasa dengan Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Hajjah Saleha (Permaisuri Brunei Darussalam); kunjungan Kehormatan kepada Pemerintah ABDB Mayor Jenderal Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, dan kepada Wamenhan Brunei Darussalam Brigadir Jenderal (Purn) Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Abdul Razak bin Haji Abd. Kadir.
Sebelum kembali ke tanah air, Panglima TNI dan ibu Hetty Andika Perkasa didampingi Asops dan Aslog Panglima TNI mengunjungi satuan-satuan di Batalyon Ketiga, Tentera Darat Diraja Brunei (TDDB), Lumut Camp, Kuala Belait, serta memberikan Kuliah Umum tentang kepemimpinan kepada seluruh perwira pengajar dan siswa di lingkungan Akademi Pertahanan Brunei yang dipimpin oleh Kolonel Pengiran Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof, Komandan Akademi Pertahanan ABDB.
Chief of TNI ICC Commodore Bambang Dharmawan, S.E., M.Sc with the TNI ICC Staff Officers organized a High Level Meeting between the Indonesian Armed Forces and Brunei Darussalam. The meeting are well-known as The Brunesia HLC which stands for Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia High Level Committee. The Head of the Indonesian Delegation, General TNI Andika Perkasa attended the 4th Brunesia HLC which was held in Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam on September 8, 2022.
The head of the delegation was followed by thirteen senior officers from the TNI Headquarters who were in charge of the four sub-committees of cooperation, which are intelligence sector (Joint Intelligence Sub-Committee / JISC), operations and training sector (Operations and Exercise Sub-Committee / JOESC), training and education sector (Joint Training and Education Sub-Committee / JTESC) and logistics (Joint Logistics Sub-Committee/JLSC). The Chairs of each Sub-Committee prepared reports on cooperation activities according to the field of cooperation.
Brunesia HLC was established by The Joint Understanding on Brunesia HLC and ratified on March 4, 2013 in Jakarta. The document was signed by Admiral TNI Agus Suhartono, S.E., as the IDF Commander at that time and Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Aminuddin Ihsan as the ABDB Government.
Commonly, the activities of the 4th Brunesia HLC achieved several bilateral cooperation agreements for both Armed Forces, in the fields of intelligence, operations and exercise, training and education as well as logistics. Both parties agreed to develop and enhance the cooperation and build trust between the Armed Forces of the two countries. In this fourth meeting, the two parties also agreed on the implementation of the Brunesia HLC cooperation biennial activities for the period from 2022 to 2024, and the 5th Brunesia HLC will be held in Indonesia.

Dato Seri Pahlawan Haji Abdul Razak bin Haji Abd. Kadir.
Before going to motherland, the Chief IDF and spouse Mrs. Hetty Andika Perkasa with Chiefs of Operational and Logistic Assistances, visited the Third Battalion units, the Royal Brunei Army (TDDB), Lumut Camp, Kuala Belait, and gave a public lecture on leadership to all officers, lecturers and military students at the Brunei Defense Academy, with Colonel Pengiran Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof as the Commander of the ABDB Defense Academy.
